Wagner Christmas Trees is run by Arizona Christmas Trees LLC, 7201 E Henkel Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how our text messages work.

What we collect

  • When you reserve a tree or book a delivery: your name, mobile number, email, the tree size and pickup or delivery time you choose, and your address and gate code if we deliver.

  • When you join our email list: your email address.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

  • Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to count visits and measure our ads. You can block these with your browser's settings or an ad blocker.

How we use it

  • To hold your tree, tag it with your name, and have it ready at your pickup time.

  • To deliver and set up your tree, and to pick it up in January if you booked haul-away.

  • To text or email you about your reservation, and once afterward to ask for a review.

  • To send our opening-day and big-tree emails, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Our service providers (Stripe for payments, Airtable for reservations, Twilio for texts, Jotform for forms) handle your information only to run our services.

We keep reservation records for the season and our tax records as the law requires. Ask us to delete your information any time.

Text messages

  • Program: Wagner Christmas Trees reservation texts.

  • What we send: your reservation confirmation, a reminder the day before pickup or delivery, changes you ask for, and one review request after your visit. Up to 5 messages per reservation.

  • Consent: you opt in by checking the box on our reservation form. Consent is not required to buy a tree.

  • Rates: message and data rates may apply.

  • Stop: reply STOP to any text to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (480) 202-6801.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
